SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days, depending on your location. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Because our products may be shipped directly from our suppliers, posted prices do not include VAT, import duties, or customs charges. Any such charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs authority.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow a few days for the tracking information to become available.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Marvella-Spain is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at info@marvella-spain.com and we will do our best to assist you.
